1.打开Adobe Labs 网页，根据你的电脑选择Windows或者苹果电脑的Flash Player 15 beta uninstaller下载链接。

　　2.打开刚才下载下来的“flashplayer15_uninstall_win.exe”卸载flash player。

　　3.再次运行Flash Player 15.0安装程序就可以顺利完成安装了。
